01 Scope

IEC 62841-1 specifies general safety requirements for hand-held, transportable (bench) and lawn/garden electric tools, superseding IEC 60745-1 and IEC 61029-1. It is the basis for IEC 62841-2/3/4.

Hand-held tool

Tool held or suspended by the operator.

Transportable (bench) tool

Tool fixed or placed on a support during use.

Lawn & garden tool

Tool for lawn/plant care (mowers, etc.).

04 Technical requirements

通用安全要求（引用 IEC 60745-1 / IEC 62841-1）

防触电：双重/加强绝缘（Ⅱ类）或基本绝缘+保护接地（Ⅰ类）。
温升：正常与异常（堵转）下绕组、开关、外壳温升不超限值。
机械危险防护：运动件、锐边、反弹（反冲）设防护与警示。
异常运行：堵转、过载、短路等不得起火或产生危险。
结构：电源线固定、软线摆曲、开关可靠性、耐久性满足规定。
