01 Scope

IEC 60745-1 specifies general safety requirements and tests for hand-held motor-operated electric tools. It is the basis for all IEC 60745-2-x. GB 3883.1 is identically adopted.

03 Terms and definitions

Class I tool
Tool relying on basic insulation plus protective earthing.
Class II tool
Double/reinforced insulation, no earthing, marked '回'.
Locked rotor
Output shaft mechanically locked, motor cannot rotate.

04 Technical requirements

通用安全要求（引用 IEC 60745-1 / IEC 62841-1）
  • 防触电：双重/加强绝缘（Ⅱ类）或基本绝缘+保护接地（Ⅰ类）。
  • 温升：正常与异常（堵转）下绕组、开关、外壳温升不超限值。
  • 机械危险防护：运动件、锐边、反弹（反冲）设防护与警示。
  • 异常运行：堵转、过载、短路等不得起火或产生危险。
  • 结构：电源线固定、软线摆曲、开关可靠性、耐久性满足规定。
