01 Scope
This standard specifies particular safety requirements and tests for hand-held sanders and polishers, used with the general requirements of IEC 60745-1/IEC 62841-1 (GB gb-3883-202 identically adopts).

04 Technical requirements
The hand-held sanders and polishers shall be securely clamped with anti-loosening and ejection protection; rotation direction marked.
Kickback from hand-held sanders and polishers jamming requires grip structure, auxiliary handle and warnings.
