01 Scope

IEC 55014-1 (the IEC/EN designation of CISPR 14-1) specifies RF emission limits for household appliances, electric tools and similar apparatus; it is the harmonized standard under the EU EMC Directive, technically aligned with GB 4343.1.

Class A / Class B

A non-domestic; B domestic connected to residential mains (stricter).

Continuous/discontinuous

Continuous conducted and click limits per CISPR 14-1.

04 Technical requirements

Conducted

150 kHz~30 MHz mains: Class B QP 66->56 / 56->46 dBμV.

Radiated

30 MHz~1 GHz: Class B 40 dBμV/m (3 m, 30~230M), 47 dBμV/m (3 m, 230M~1G).

Disturbance power

30 MHz~300 MHz by absorption clamp: Class B 45->55 dBpW.
